We do not ship to certain countries due to logistics, customs restrictions or payment limitations

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, we carefully pack and prepare your items for shipment.

Processing Time: 1–3 business days
(Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.)

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on your location:
Canada: 7–20 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing or local postal services.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is FREE on all orders.
No hidden fees. No minimum purchase required.

Orders are shipped directly from China. If Canadian customs applies import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees, these charges are generally modest, based on the value of your order and applicable Canadian tax laws. Any such charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing:

Your tracking number

A link to track your package online

Please allow 2–5 days for tracking to update after dispatch.

If Your Order Seems Delayed

Don’t worry — delays can happen due to courier processing speed or weather conditions.
